Persona Journey for Capgemini

Capgemini Innovation Lab approached me to create designs and a video for a client journey map they had developed for the luxury brand sector.
I started by structuring the story around the stages from the impact on the client view. This approach brought rhythm and dynamism to a complex journey.
To ensure the result connected with attendees, I combined visual elements from several brands within the group, aiming for the video's graphics to reflect elegance and luxury.
While the designs were intended to realistically reflect the client's interaction with the brand, the video aimed to present it as a seamless and engaging narrative.
This work was presented by Capgemini and was very well received at a large event hosted by the world-class luxury brands group, Kering.
